Win-Win, the cocoa-free chocolate alternative

The Win-Win glazes are largely produced using raw materials available locally or within Europe, such as rice, carob, sunflower seeds and tigernuts, thus guaranteeing shorter and more secure supply chains.

Application as a glaze:

  • Melt at 50 °C, then optimum processing temperature is approx. 40 °C.
