Takeover of the company Wolf ButterBack in Fürth.
Martin Braun takes over the company Arconsa (now Martin Braun S.A.) in Spain.

The distribution of the Rau brand is assumed by C. Siebrecht Söhne KG.

2000

Expansion of the new logistics center on the factory premises.

1999

The environmental management receives certification pursuant to DIN EN ISO 14001.

The Beetle fleet for the field service.

The quality management receives certification pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Comprehensive expansion of the production facility.

1992

Agrano/Switzerland is taken over by the Oetker-Gruppe.

1990

The company is taken over by the Oetker-Gruppe.
After the German reunification, Martin Braun starts business activities in the new federal states.

1988

In the course of tapping new business areas, baking agents containing flour are manufactured in proprietary production for the first time.

1981

50-year anniversary of the Martin Braun company.
The company now has 170 employees and generates DM 51 million in revenues.

1973

Start of the collaboration with C. Siebrecht Söhne KG.
