Changes in raw materials and ingredients

Every approved supplier of Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG pledges to report any changes with regard to raw materials / ingredients delivered to Martin Braun prior to the commencing of production and ensure that these changes are approved by Martin Braun, insofar as changes to the following binding specifications occur as a consequence:

1. Raw material quality

  • Potential allergens

2. Raw material properties

  • Changes of sensory and/or chemical and physical parameters
  • Nutritional details

3. Raw material composition

  • Lists of ingredients (and general composition with and without declaration changes)

No changes may be made to a raw material without the approval of Martin Braun.
