Passionate bread culture from AGRANO
Agrano focuses on regional and international bread and bread roll concepts that follow the consumer habits of current markets. These range from pasty and ready-made Artisano cooked pieces with an additional pre-dough component to rustic Buezer bread and flavourful pumpkin seed concepts. The Spicy Crust bread decoration ensures that the appearance of the baked goods is not neglected in addition to the flavour.
Fusion Croissants for even more croissant enjoyment
"Just a croissant" is a thing of the past. "Fusion Croissants - delicately baked, heavenly topped" is the new refinement concept from Braun that shows how simple croissants can be transformed into delicious pastries in no time at all. Schokobella creams are used to fill and decorate the croissants. An absolute trend tip from the new concept folder are the delicate New York Rolls.
Schokobella - the crème de la crème
In addition to Schokobella Classic, with tried-and-tested flavours such as fine semi-sweet or whole milk, there is now the Schokobella Trend and Schokobella Création categories. Schokobella Mango and Schokobella Blueberry are two new flavours that expand the "Trend" range. These are varieties that fully meet the current consumer trend - flavours that are in vogue and meet the desire for more colour in baked goods. Schokobella Yuzu, Strawberry, Pistachio and Schokobella Coffee serve the "Création" segment. These premium varieties meet the highest standards, such as exclusively natural flavours and colouring foods as well as "palm-free". Like the tried-and-tested Schokobella creams, all the new products are ideal for filling, garnishing, refining and coating baked goods.
Your Green BakeryVegan creations based on the Your Green Bakery range will be presented at the stand: Rührmasse vegan is a fine baking agent for the production of vegan sponge mixes, as well as shortcrust pastry and crumbles. It is easy and safe to use: it is simply mixed with water and vegetable oil until smooth. Whipping cream vegan is suitable for vegan cream fillings and is particularly user-friendly, as it is only whipped with water and vegetable oil. The cream can be flavoured and refined in a variety of ways, e.g. with fruit purees, dessert pastes or chocobella, and is freeze and thaw stable. Cold cream vegan is suitable for making vegan pudding fillings for tray bakes and pudding pretzels. It is only stirred with water until smooth and can be flavoured as desired. The pudding filling is bake-proof, freeze and thaw stable. The vegan ice cream base is the basis for a variety of melt-in-the-mouth ice cream specialities, which trade fair visitors can see for themselves.
A fruity start to the new ice cream season
The latest ice cream products from Cresco Italia for making typical Italian gelato will be presented at iba. VarieGò Raspberry with raspberry pieces is the new preparation for marbling and layering ice cream, for decorating waffles, pastries and ice cream and for making delicious milkshakes. The same applies to VarieGò Yuzu-Lemon with fruit peel content. Another new product is the VarieGò Rose Duo with rose petals, which can also be used to flavour ice cream, cream, desserts and milkshakes. The new ice cream paste Ready Cream rice pudding with rice grains is ideal for making creamy rice pudding ice cream with a slightly crunchy texture.
The stand will also feature exquisite pastry creations flavoured with Capfruit's premium fruit purees. Visitors will be able to taste selected fruit puree varieties on their own and experience the first-class fruit flavour for themselves.
