Delivery requirements
1. Vehicles for palletized goods
Goods should be directly accessible and can only be unloaded from the rear via the ramp. Side unloading is impossible for technical reasons.
Vehicles should all have a tail lift (see photo). In the absence of this, the vehicle can only be unloaded if it has a minimum loading sill height of 1.50 m. Acceptance will be refused if these conditions are not met.
2. Transport with other goods
Transport of the merchandise with non-food goods is prohibited (Section 3 of the German food hygiene regulation (§3 Lebensmittel-Hygieneverordnung) and IFS directives).
3. Shipping documents
A delivery note should be included with the merchandise. This should be affixed to the mer-chandise (e.g. pallet, carton) in a shipping envelope. Our order and material numbers should be specified in all cases on the delivery note. The use-by date (UBD) and batch number should also be indicated.
4. Analysis certificates
We require an analysis certificate in advance of each delivery. Please send this to our QM fax number: +49 511 4107-249.
Please send us your existing certificates. In addition to the ACTUAL values determined, these should also specify the specification widths and inspection methods accepted by us.
We will, in close cooperation with you, gradually adjust and align the raw material specifica-tions over time (i.e. the inspection parameters we regard as particularly relevant, including specification limits and inspection methods).
Your contact person in our company for these issues is:

5. Acceptance conditions for deep frozen fruit
The merchandise has been inspected on behalf of/by the supplier with a detector for metal. A sticker/stamp should be applied to the exterior in a clearly visible position indicating, e.g. “metal detected”.
The merchandise delivery temperature should be ≤ -18 °C.
Fruit should be individually quick frozen (IQF), i.e. a sample of the fruit or fruit pieces can be removed without difficulty using a metal sampler. Where this is not possible, the merchandise is allowed to drop into a collecting container. The merchandise should be at least 90% IQF again in this regard and not remain in a block.
Cartons should bear a clearly identifiable batch code and UBD on the exterior.

The pallets used should be suitable for transportation and storage. In addition, it should be ensured that the pallets are machine accessible, transportable on convey-ing machinery and high bay compatible.
