Montana Bakery Wins "Bakery Manufacturer of the Year" Award

After more than nine months of preparation, visits, and inspections, the winner was announced on October 24 in London’s West End during the Baking Industry Awards.

The company, based in Berkshire, impressed the jury with its exceptional product quality, flexibility, speed to market, and employee development.

Montana Bakery is part of the Frozen Bakery division of the Martin Braun-Gruppe and is renowned for its high-quality focaccia, pizza doughs, garlic breads, among other baked goods, which it produces for major retail chains such as Marks & Spencer and Aldi in the UK.
