Change in the Martin Braun KG Management Board

On 1 October, Gerrit Rosch joined the management of Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG and is responsible for sales, marketing and research and development. Rosch brings more than 20 years of industry experience in the food B2B sector with him; since 2014, he has worked as Managing Director at Dawn Foods Germany GmbH. Before that, he was responsible for senior sales and marketing positions at Wild Flavors, Unilever Food Solutions and Bongrain, among others. He succeeds Björn Quakernack, who left the company at his own request at the end of August to devote himself to new tasks.
