Since the opening in March 2007, the BACKFORUM in Hannover has developed into a lively meeting point of the branch. A further step was taken for the optimisation of the consulting quality with the start of the professional seminar offer in 2008. The Martin Braun Group includes the Swiss corporation Agrano AG as well as the German Martin Braun KG with the company C. Siebrecht Söhne KG with its headquarters in Hannover. The following are furthermore connected to the corporate association: the subsidiary company Arconsa in Spain, Wolf ButterBack KG located in Fürth, Martin Braun Poland, Martin Braun Hungary, Martin Braun Turkey as well as the company Cresco Italia in Italy.
In 2011 the focus of the seminar programme is also on functional topics all around the baking trade. Here, the special competence and experience of the experts at the BACKFORUM can be optimally used for the transfer of knowledge to the participants. The art of fine confectionary, the rational production of pastries or the ideal presentation of goods... these are only a few examples of the intersting practical knowlege which can be deepended during the seminars. In 2011, the offer of seminars will be extended by current topics, as an example the seminar "Bio - Your access to a growth market" will be offered, or a foundation seminar for the basic knowledge all around ingredients and hygiene requirements.
